About Keep Moving | TaiChi (Taij)
Keep Moving is a training program specially designed for persons suffering from movement disorders or Parkinson’s disease. It is based on the healing properties of Taiji (TaiChi), a system of movements originating in 17th century China.
Nowadays Taiji (TaiChi) is practiced as a self-care method to improve health and agility and to encourage mental and spiritual growth. It enhances motor skills and helps vitalize the whole body. It is unique in combining calmness, concentration and relaxation with physical activity straightening and centering the body.
Tai Chi master Mirko Lorenz trains you step by step and shows you relaxing TaiChi exercises to get more balance and improve your agility. In addition to the first TaiChi exercises, you will receive information about relaxation, posture and movement principles.
Our online seminar is suitable for newbies and repeaters!!!
Some tips for your perfect live online seminar:
- Nice that you have registered for our live online seminar. Now make sure that the camera and microphone are activated on your PC/tablet.
- Download the “ZOOM” app and do a test run as soon as you have the access data.
- If you are logged in to the event, set your microphone to “mute” to avoid background noise.
- Create enough space for yourself so that you have plenty of freedom of movement for your training.
- Make sure that you are not disturbed by your loved ones/roommates during your training
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
- Turn off your phone and you're ready to go!
